Shipping Terms & Conditions

When you create an order you will be given the choice of various shipping options, depending on the type of product or service you have ordered. For most items we use first class commercial carriers because of their timely service, insurance, and tracking services. Deliveries  MUST be signed for and if the shipping address is different from the billing address you must include the shipping address phone number.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We cannot calculate nor are we authorized to collect customs duties, VATs, and other local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of our international customers and typically due and collected upon receipt. In some cases customs authorities don't notify us of their charges until a much later date. In the event we are billed for any customs duties, VATs, or other local taxes, fees and duties we reserve the right to charge the party responsible for payment of the order should this occur. Documentation supporting these charges will be emailed to you.
